Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the EVnSteven mobile application (“App”) provided by Williston Technical Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
2. Use of the App
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
2.2 License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any servers or networks connected to it.
- Engage in any activity that could harm or negatively impact the App or its users.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
In order to access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
The App and all intellectual property rights associated with it are owned by Williston Technical Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the App.
4.2 Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit or post through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
5. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Williston Technical Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease, and you must cease all use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Williston Technical Inc. regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
