Data Safety and Account Deletion Requests

Effective: March 21, 2024

At Williston Technical Inc. (EVnSteven.App), we empower your right to take control of your personal data. EVnSteven app account holders can request data deletion under these conditions:

  1. You are be the account owner.
  2. All financial dealings with station owners you’ve interacted with must be settled and finalized to the satisfaction of both parties.
  3. There are no pending disputes with station owners.

Once these criteria are satisfied, you can initiate the deletion process by navigating to your user profile in the EVnSteven app and selecting “DELETE ACCOUNT”. We will process your request and permanently delete all of your account data in 45 days. A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete.
