Custom Terms of Service
Every station in EVnSteven has its own terms of service, written by you. This is where you set the rules: how the station can be used, what the rates are, what constitutes a violation, and what the consequences are. The terms should align with your building’s rules and bylaws so everything is consistent and enforceable under the same framework your residents already agreed to when they moved in.
Before a resident can add or use a station, they must read and agree to the terms. That agreement is timestamped and emailed to both the resident and the station owner as a record — including the rates in effect at the time. If the terms or rates are ever updated, residents must agree again at their next check-in, and a fresh copy is emailed to both parties.
This matters more than it might seem. A signed agreement gives you standing to act if a resident abuses the station — and it removes any ambiguity about what the rules are. There are no grey areas, no he-said-she-said. The terms are on record, the rates are on record, and the resident agreed to them.
