Data Privacy

EVnSteven collects only what’s necessary to run the service. We don’t sell your data, we don’t build advertising profiles, and we don’t collect information we don’t need.

One example: residents only enter the last three characters of their license plate, not the full number. That’s enough for a property manager to spot-check that the right vehicle is plugged into a station — and if there were ever a data breach, three characters aren’t useful to anyone.

Residents can delete their account at any time. Once any outstanding billing between the resident and the station owner is settled, all their data is deleted and cannot be recovered. There’s no grey area and no retention for “analytics purposes.”
