We rewrote the docs.

All of them. From scratch. Because the old ones were, honestly, not great.

The Quick Start, Vehicle Setup, Station Setup, Terms of Service Setup, and Video Tutorials pages are all clearer, friendlier, and actually useful now. If you gave up on one of those pages before, go back. It’s different.

Two New Guides

Token Wallet — what tokens cost, how packs work, why there’s a 30-token cap. It’s all in there now.

FAQ — turned into a proper support article instead of a page nobody could find. It lives in the Support section now, where it belongs.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

There’s now a real explanation of how to use a clamp meter to set your station’s power rating accurately. Turns out “just guess” was bad advice. Who knew.

The Terms of Service page no longer implies you’re downloading a template. You’re not. We explained what’s actually happening — and why the placeholder exists in the first place.

Rate-setting advice is now actually helpful instead of just… words. There’s a section on clamp meters, stepped utility rates, and how to think about markup without overcharging your residents.

Why This Mattered

We’re a small team. For a long time, the product moved faster than the documentation. That’s normal early on — but at some point it stops being acceptable.

Good docs aren’t just nice to have. They’re the difference between someone setting up their station correctly on the first try and emailing us frustrated at 11pm. We’d rather you get it right the first time.
